The winter months are mating season for whales in Puerto Vallarta. They come into the bay and are a beautiful sight even from high above in the Penthouse of Casa En Las Nubes. Dan and Wendy Gangler Dan of Liquid Art Design in the Chicago area are not only seasoned faux finishers, but happen to be at the perfect spot to see one of the whales jumping out of the water!
